Domestic & International Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods (such as collection launches or sales), dispatch times may be extended by a few days. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped using tracked and insured services.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe arrival.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside Saudi Arabia, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Le Halo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Damages & Claims
Le Halo is not liable for goods damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials.
